"I wish to thank you for the excellent job you carried out to the damaged roof at my house last Friday.
I know that you had difficulty in obtaining replacement roof tiles as my house tiles are of a difficult type and due to the recent storms they are in short supply. You spent many hours calling suppliers until the correct tiles where found. The repairs have been completed entirely to my satisfaction and I noticed you did more than was required by making sure the entire roof was safe, clearing gutters and downpipes and giving the repaired area two cotes of paint.

We would have no hesitation in recommending Matt Fraser of Mackay Constructions. The quoted price included everything and there were no unexpected costly variations. Work started when promised and was finished by the estimated completion date.
Although our house was their construction site, they respected the fact that it was still our family home and tried hard to minimise the impact on us.

I would like to thank you and your team for the great job that you did for us in the re-cladding and wall insulation of our house in Hampton East.
Your advice was very valuable; the job was completed exactly to specification, and with minimum interruption. You were very prompt and thorough in keeping us informed of progress every step along the way, and we had none of the usual unpleasant surprises associated with building projects.
I am not accustomed to getting more delivered than what was requested or expected. The fact that you did this for us on more than one occasion proved the obvious pride that you have in your work and supports your well deserved good reputation.
